Rejoice in the Lord

"Finally, my brethren rejoice in the Lord." Philippians 3:1a (NKJV)

When facing difficult situations in life, usually our natural response is to begin to worry and frantically find ways to compensate for our lack. This may not pertain to all people, but it does cover most—especially in the body of Christ. In Christ, worry and doubt are turned into faith. It’s where defeat is turned into victory, and where sin and compromise are overcome by the blood of Jesus, allowing the righteousness of Christ to empower the believer. No matter what you face. No matter the humanistic perspective. No matter what your own eyes view in the natural. Rejoice in the Lord! Daily we see Christians living below their means of who God has intended for them. A believer who has been saved for over 30 years should have developed a remarkable personal relationship with the Father. Maturity is found in those who can rejoice in the Lord in spite of whatever confronts them. I want to prophesy words of encouragement to Christ's body today: You are more than a conqueror! You are an overcomer! You are a blood bought son or daughter of the King! This moment has not caught the Lord off guard. However, it is allowing you an opportunity to show the world Jesus by rejoicing in the middle of your current situation. Watch this trial diminish before both your eyes and the eyes of those watching your response as you rejoice in the Lord.
